Bettysoft Account and Privacy

Bettysoft Account is designed to protect your privacy.
During use, no data is collected without your knowledge or permission. Data will never be shared with third parties.

Protecting your privacy and securing your data is a top priority for Bettysoft. In order to ensure this protection and the security of your data and to improve the user experience, we collect some data. In the following, we explain which data is collected and why it is needed.

Mail address
In order to provide you with an account and to inform you about account-relevant news, we need your mail address. This also serves as a username for your account. Your mail address will always be stored encrypted at Bettysoft.

IP address & browser
To better protect your account, we offer a personal login history to all account holders. In this history you can see the last five logins in your account with the IP address it was send from and the browser used to login. The information collected is solely for the security of your account and will not be used for any other purpose.

Bettysoft protects all systems and services through CyberDefence, including your Bettysoft account. If suspicious inquiries are made to our system/services, the IP address of this request will be blacklisted and blocked in all Bettysoft systems and services for three months. This is done exclusively via the IP address and only if a suspicious request is detected. In normal use of our services as intended, no IP address will be stored/blocked (except for the purposes of the login history mentioned above).
