How can I cancel my contract?

Here you can find out how to terminate contracts that have been concluded with your Bettysoft Account.

How to terminate a Bettysoft contract
1) Sign into your Bettysoft Account and navigate to Subscriptions.
2) Click on the subscription that you want to cancel.
3) On the next page, click Cancel now.
After that you will receive an email confirming the termination and the end date of the contract.

Terminate a contract with Bettysoft in writing
Alternatively, you can also terminate your contract with Bettysoft in writing via post or email. Please ensure that your information is complete, such as first name, surname, address and type of contract/contract number.
As soon as your written cancellation has been processed by Bettysoft, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Information on terminating contracts with Bettysoft
Most contracts automatically renew if they are not terminated.
If you terminate a contract, you can continue to use the contract offer until the end of the contract runtime.
If you cancel during the trial period, you may immediately lose access to the contract offer.
If you have signed up for a free or discounted trial period and do not wish to extend it, please cancel at least one (1) month before the trial period expires.
